The quality of care that surrounds the residents is the result of the combination of a capable administrative team, and the qualifications, length of tenure, cross training, and the positive and pleasant response of the staff to individual needs. The Pierce House staff extends hospitality to family and friends of the residents.

Depending on the health care needs of individual residents, the staff is supported by the skilled professionals of Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice. This could include physical, occupational and speech therapy, skilled nursing, and end of life Hospice care.
