Second floor with shared shower: $3,500
Second floor, two-room suite: $3,800

*Rates are per month, plus a 5% Service Provider Fee.

The Pierce House participates in a MaineCare Cost Reimbursed Program, and has some Cost Reimbursed rooms. Eligibility is determined by
Maine Department of Health and Human Services
(Maine DHHS).
